Can-Am Maverick X3 Roll Cage KIT | "BAJA SPEC"

Ready-to-weld "Baja Spec" Roll Cage Kit for Can-Am Maverick X3 (2 seater).

Flat Roof design provides a lower roll cage in a clean and strong design. All tubes are DOM steel and mandrel bent and laser cut for exact fit. The main tubes are 1.75" OD with .120" Wall Thickness; all cross tubes are 1.75" OD with .095" Wall Thickness; Front Intrusion tubes are 1.25" x .095", and Rear Intrusion tubes are 1.5" x .095". Tube junctions are keyed to aid in the assembly. Chassis mounting plates are all provided. Kit can be assembled and welded on chassis without the need for a separate fixture. Everything needed to replace the stock roll cage is provided. Kit must be assembled and welded by a competent fabricator. The factory roll cage will need to be completely removed which requires cutting off the roll cage and grinding flat existing mounts. Removal of most of the factory plastic is also required including drilling out stock rivets. YOU WILL NEED TO TRIM THE PLASTIC AROUND THE B-PILLAR TO CLEAR OUR REAR INTRUSION BARS. Our Baja Spec Roof kit for the X3 is designed to match perfectly with this cage. The Can-Am Maverick X3 has the ability to adjust the seat height approximately 2 inches. With the adjustment, we estimate that people 6' 3" and shorter would fit in this cage with headroom for a helmet.
