First time using the remote control, you need to match the remote mode. Here's how:

1. Turn off the power of the car
2. Press and hold the "M" button of the remote control
3. After 3 seconds, the first indicator light starts flashing
4. Release the "M" button
5. Turn on the car power
6. The car will start Bluetooth mode
7. The first indicator light of the remote control becomes long light state
8. The remote control is successfully connected
