Are you in search of the ideal header to complement the appearance of your slip-on exhaust? Look no further than the AA Stainless XPT header. This 2.5" design is identical in size to the factory standard. Our research indicates that upgrading to a 3" system has no discernible impact on power, but numerous customers desire a more aesthetically pleasing header. The AA Stainless XPT header not only offers an attractive appearance but also features a slightly enhanced design from the turbo to facilitate rapid exhaust release. It incorporates a bellow-style flex joint, internally sleeved for uninterrupted flow within the header.

This header is compatible with the following models:
- 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo and Turbo S
- 2020-Up Pro XP/Turbo R Models
- 2019-2021 California Evap models (with a blue O2 sensor lead in the exhaust) - requires the larger bung

The majority of XPT models are non-California versions and utilize the smaller bung, which is depicted on the RZR. It perfectly matches our slip-on exhaust. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, it boasts a premium flex bellow that improves flow and durability. The hydroblasted finish includes a rust inhibitor. It's important to note that this header does not employ factory heat shielding and should only be paired with a slip-on exhaust without a catalytic converter.
