The S2 Recoil Clutch Kits work exceptionally well with both stock and modified machines. They are a must-have when tuning your Turbo S or running larger tires or paddles. With these kits, you'll experience significant acceleration gains, wicked throttle response on and off the throttle, and more efficient power transfer to the wheels. Additionally, your clutch and belt will last longer, and you'll enjoy cooler running belt temperatures, especially when using larger tires or paddles.
The clutch weights in our Recoil kits are easily adjustable with magnets, and they feature a custom AA profile with the best coating on the market (nitrocarburizing), enhancing wear resistance, fatigue strength, and surface lubricity. These weights offer excellent performance and allow for tuning to suit various applications or future modifications without requiring extra parts.
For those who prefer drag racing, we offer a higher engaging spring to accommodate your needs.
The kits come with an initial setup guideline that provides recommendations for dunes, mud, or all-around trail riding. Additionally, we provide installation instructions and essential information. If you need further assistance, we have an installation instruction video for your reference.
The kits include AA Recoil magnetic adjustable clutch weights, primary spring, secondary spring, and set-up guidelines/instructions. The installation requires our Compression Tool #1, and you can use the Clutch Puller to make the process easier if you choose to remove the primary clutch. Please note that some XPT primary clutches have a tight fit on the crank (tapered fit), so it's essential to apply plenty of grease on the puller tip and threads to avoid any issues.
For increased primary clutch strength and cooling, we highly recommend our Revolver Billet Clutch Cover with Tower Lock (Note: it will not fit with the AA Primary Clutch Fan Blade).
