M-Tac Anti-Fragmentation Apron Frame Insert

The M-Tac brand has developed and released a special Frame Insert for the M-Tac Anti-Fragmentation Apron Frame Insert. This insert provides rigidity to the apron and prevents the ballistic package from sliding during active physical exertion.

The insert is made of high-tech Tegris thermoplastic composite from Milliken® (USA). This material has a lower weight than traditional thermoplastic composites, yet is capable of withstanding heavy loads and offering protection against impacts or minor shrapnel.

The integrated frame insert will not weigh down your gear and will provide better operational characteristics for more comfortable use of the anti-fragmentation apron. The manufacturer recommends installing the frame insert so that the ballistic package remains closer to the soldier's body.
