M-Tac Medical Pouch Horizontal Elite (Large)

The Tactical Medical Pouch from the brand M-Tac is an indispensable tool for providing first aid. It consists of two parts:

A base that attaches to your gear, into which the bag is placed.

The compact med pouch horizontal is made of Cordura 500D, a strong, durable material that retains its shape and does not deform when wet. It features a waterproof AquaGuard zipper from YKK. A paracord loop is used to attach the organizer to the base. The bag closes with dual zippers, allowing for quick access from either side. The front of the pouch features a heat-transfer marking to indicate its position.

The base of the pouch is made from laminated Cordura using LaserCut technology. The medical organizer pouch is available in two colors for identification — the traditional red for medical kits or black to make the pouch less conspicuous.
