M-Tac Medical Pouch Horizontal Elite (Medium)

The Tactical Medical Pouch from the brand M-Tac is an essential item for providing first aid. It consists of two parts:

A bag with an internal organizer for an IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit)

A base that attaches to your gear, into which the bag is placed.

The organizer is made from Cordura 500D, a durable, wear-resistant material that maintains its shape and doesn’t deform when wet. It features a waterproof AquaGuard zipper from YKK. A paracord loop is used to connect the organizer to the base. The bag zips open with dual zippers, allowing for quick access from either side.

The front of the medical pouch features a heat-transfer marking to indicate its position.

The base of the pouch is made from laminated Cordura using LaserCut technology. The medical organizer can be identified in two colors — the traditional red for medical kits, or black, to make the pouch more discreet.
