The M-Tac Elite Rip Off Gen.II Medical Pouch is a new addition to the brand’s tactical gear lineup, designed for storing and transporting first aid supplies. This highly functional model is indispensable in combat conditions.

The pouch is made from Cordura 1000D, a material known for its exceptional durability and wear resistance, ensuring a long service life. The back adapter is crafted from laminated Cordura® combined with Tegris, an innovative thermoplastic composite developed by the U.S. company Milliken®. The adapter attaches to a cummerbund or plate carrier via a Laser-Cut MOLLE interface.

The pouch features a single compartment with an ultra-reliable dual YKK® zipper, which opens in a suitcase-style layout, granting full access to the interior. Inside, there's a well-organized layout made of elastic loops for securing medical supplies. A VELCRO® Brand tab with a pull strap simplifies opening the pouch, while an additional quick-release strap with a buckle allows for fast detachment in emergency situations. A sturdy handle ensures comfortable hand carrying.

For expanded functionality, the pouch includes three MOLLE interfaces—one on the front and two on the sides. The front MOLLE panel is combined with loop for attaching identification patches, and one of the side loops is large enough to fit standard medical shears.
