PRO XP Long Travel Kit

Fits 2020-current Polaris PRO XP

Bolt on installation.

No drilling required

This kit adds 4” to each side of a PRO XP giving it a 72” width with stock offset wheels.

It also adds 3.5” to the wheelbase.

Front a arms are 1.75” forward offset, and rear trailing arms are 1.75” rear offset, which improves stability.

Trailing arms are high clearance and also adjustable. 

A arms are made from 1.5” DOM. and are also high clearance.

Front and Rear keep factory shock location.

Can use factory PRO XP bushings and factory ball joints.

Only Steel Parts ( A Arms and Trailing Arms will come powder coated). Additional add on charge for powder coating radius rods is available.

RACE SPEC OPTION IS ON A-ARMS ONLY- MADE FROM 3/16 WALL.

The PRO XP Long Travel Kit includes:

  • Front upper and lower A arms. ( Stock size ball joints only. These are not offered for Mega Ball Joints) 
  • Set of Tie Rods with L&W HD rebuild-able inner joints.
  • High Clearance Steel Adjustable HD Trailing Arms
  • High Clearance Billet Aluminum Radius Rods with adjustable uppers.
  • (1) Extended brake line for front passenger side

 

This, PRO XP Long Travel Kit , REQUIRES THE USE OF TURBO S AXLES and RZR XP/TURBO S HUBS that are not included

WE ALSO RECOMMEND A SPRING UPGRADE, AS THIS KIT WILL GREATLY INCREASE THE SOFTNESS OF THE SPRINGS. 

* Whenever Purchasing Ball Joints or A Arm Bushings, they WILL NOT come installed*

* 14" wheels may make contact with the a-arm at full turn, we recommend a steering stop to prevent contact.
