RZR Overdrive 2.0 Cover

The KWI Billet Overdrive Cover is a direct replacement for the factory primary clutch cover on Polaris RZR Pro R, Pro, and Turbo R models — machined from aircraft-grade 7075 billet aluminum to eliminate the flex, heat buildup, and power loss that make the stock cover a performance liability. Stronger than steel at a fraction of the weight, this cover reinforces the primary clutch system and keeps everything operating the way it was designed to under the most demanding riding conditions.

The factory RZR clutch cover flexes under load — and that flex translates directly into belt heat, reduced belt life, and lost wheel horsepower. The KWI Billet Overdrive Cover eliminates that flex entirely, giving your primary clutch a rigid, stable foundation that protects performance and extends component life ride after ride.

Built into the cover is a 3–5 MPH overdrive mod — allowing the clutch to shift out further than the factory cover permits and unlocking top-end speed without any additional tuning or modifications required.
