Trail Armor offers fender extensions designed to extend the coverage of the RZR 800 S OEM-style fender flares, providing increased protection against mud splashes. These fender extensions are made of HDPE plastic, with a textured face side, and are custom-cut to work seamlessly with the RZRS OEM-style fender flares.

The fender extensions extend the widest point of the factory fender flare by an additional 1 1/2 inches, offering greater coverage. When installed, the overall width of the vehicle, including the fender extensions, measures 61 1/2 inches.

The package includes the necessary mounting hardware and instructions for easy installation. These Fender extensions specifically fit the RZR 800 S and RZR 4 800 models manufactured between 2008 and 2014.

Please note that in order to mount these fender extensions on a RZR 800, you must already have the RZR 800 S-style fender flares installed. The fender flares are not included as part of this kit.

When ordering, it's important to be aware that colors are considered special orders and are non-returnable. They are not pigment-matched to any OEM manufacturer's color scheme.
