Extra-Stiff Support: The extra stiffness of these wraps allows you to adjust for the proper level of support.  They can be wrapped for light to medium support for lifts like curls, pullups, and pushups, or wrapped extra tight for extreme support for bench press, dips, deadlifts, etc.  The stiffness is fully adjustable.

Increase Your Max Lifts: Using heavy wrist wraps increases the rigidity and strength output from your wrists and forearms, by providing that extra stabilizer.  When your grip feels stronger on the bar, you will lift more weight, build more muscle, and get stronger.
