Standard Shape

The Standard shape offers the largest sweet spot for maximum control and consistency. It is great for balanced play, allowing for solid control and power without the limitations of a smaller sweet spot or reduced width. At the net, the Standard Paddle is more maneuverable and ideal for quick volleys and exchanges.

Honeycomb PP Core

If you prefer the honeycomb PP cores over the foam paddles, the X5 is a great choice.  We use a 8mm black honeycomb core for durability and a top layer of kevlar.

Solid Handle and Cushioned Grip

Just say "no" to squishy handles.  At body helix we believe your high performance paddle should have a high-quality solid handle that feels good in your hand.  We cover the handle with a cushioned grip that dampens vibrations, for a paddle that you can comfortably hold for hours.
